1. Visit www.AddressingOnline.com and click the link to create a new user. It's easy, you just fill in your name, email address and password to receive an email that confirms your login.
    
2. Login to the website and "Create a New List" (or add to an existing list).
    
3. Select your printing options. For example, if you are going to enter addresses for both the inner envelope and outer envelopes, click "Yes" for all of those options at this time. Once you click "Yes" for "Front of outer envelope" you are given the option of having the envelope flaps printed with your return address.
    
4. Select the font style (if you are unsure of the font used on your invitations, contact me and I will give you the font code). Please note that some harder-to-read fonts are not available, and many fonts listed on the Lion Graphics page are not available. You can only use the fonts listed in the addressing online site, so if you need me to coordinate your invitations with one of the fonts listed there, let me know.
    
5. Select the ink color that will correspond with your invitations!
    
6. Name your list and click to start entering names and addresses (sample page shown at right). You can View Summary to check and edit your list. Your list will be saved online so that you can come back to it.
    
7. Remember to take your time and have someone proofread your list with you, because once you hit "Submit List For Printing" you will not have access to the list anymore. When you are ready, submit your list
   
8. When you are finished, email the information from your "Order Summary" (sample shown at right) to me with the rest of your invitation order. I will price everything together for you and email you for final approval and payment.

Pricing

If you are ordering envelope flap printing (your return address), please refer to the base pricing on the invitation's web page and add the cost below. All of the outer envelope flaps that you order will be printed.

The following prices are per name/envelope set (all discounts are already included):

• Fronts of both inner and outer envelopes: $2.50
• Front of outer envelope only: $1.34
• Front of inner envelope only: $1.16
• Placecards: $1.80

• Add $5.20 to the total order if using an ink color other than black      (3R,2P)

Reminders

Make sure you know that your invitation ensemble allows for envelope printing. Ensembles with irregular envelopes (clear plastic, cardboard jackets) are not eligible for this service.

Check to be sure that inner envelopes are available with your ensemble before ordering. Inner envelopes may not be available for invitations of unusual size or shape, like some that can be found in the "Something Different" line.

Place Cards

If you are ordering placecards we can use the inner envelope list and put the guest name(s) on your placecards for you. If you are not ordering printed inner envelopes, then Create a New List just for the placecards and select "inner envelopes" only. All of the information on placecards, including the couple's name, table number line (which will remain blank for you to enter later) and guest's names will be printed in flat ink in the color you specify.
