Business Card Pricing

Shipping will be added and occasionally special discounts may apply. Special services and additional charges may apply depending upon your art (for things like bleeds, flat ink, heavy ink, special art setup, etc.). Use this as a guide and we will let you know the final costs depending upon the cards you want to print. I take 10% off of future orders. Business cards are typically 2X3.5 - inquire if you need a special size (Other than the Hitch card).

Foil or Embossing in Combination with Ink (No Registration to inks)

EMBOSSING: a process used to create a three-dimensional image on paper. The raised texture without any printing is called blind embossing. The effect can also be reversed, and an indented — or debossed —surface is created instead of a raised one. Because the die has a beveled edge, the finished emboss will look slightly smaller than your original art. Compensate for this by slightly increasing the size of the art or type to be embossed. Small embossed elements, such as type, cannot be placed too closely together, as this does not give the paper sufficient room to form.

FOIL STAMPING: hot stamping takes the heat and pressure process one step further by transferring and opaque foil material to the surface of the paper. In hot stamping, an extremely thin ribbon of foil is fed through a press and releases pigment onto the paper as heat is applied. This process is not guaranteed as laser-compatible.

FOIL EMBOSSING: when foil is combined with embossing, a relief and counter die are used to result in an embossed area that is also foil-coated. Because of the special die used, please call for a price quote.
